St. Andrew's Choirs bring together adults from across Chatham-Kent who share a love of music, community, and lifelong learning. With opportunities ranging from major concert performances to weekly singing, our choirs are welcoming, non-auditioned, and open to everyone.

Two Ways to Sing
WHAT IS CHANCEL CHOIR?
The Chancel Choir is the heart of St. Andrew's music program and serves as our year-round ensemble. Open to all singers, regardless of church membership, the choir provides music each Sunday while also participating in concerts, special services, and community events throughout the year. Repertoire spans a wide range of styles including classical, gospel, jazz, folk, contemporary, and seasonal music.
For many members, the Chancel Choir is more than a choir—it's a welcoming community where friendships are formed, musical skills continue to grow, and the joy of singing becomes a regular part of life.
Rehearsals: Thursdays from 7:00pm - 9:00pm (In the Sanctuary)

WHAT IS CONCERT CHOIR?
The Concert Choir is our 70+ voice community ensemble that comes together for major performances throughout the year. Open to singers of all experience levels, the choir performs a wide variety of music ranging from classical masterworks and seasonal favourites to Broadway, film, folk, and contemporary repertoire.
Recent performances have featured our orchestra, childrens choir, guest artists, and collaborations with musicians from across Chatham-Kent. Whether you're returning to singing after many years or looking for a new musical challenge, the Concert Choir offers an exciting and rewarding performance experience.

Many singers choose to participate in both ensembles. Thursday rehearsals are structured so that Concert Choir is followed immediately by Chancel Choir, making it easy to be involved in as much music-making as you'd like.
