"LIFT EVERY VOICE"

Each year, the month of February is devoted to not only the celebrations, but the reminders of historic events in Canadian Black History. This concert will feature some of the musical works of famous Black Composers throughout history, and music specifically targeting the civil rights era. It is important to not only understand our history, but how it directly impacts the lives around us.

"UNDER A CELTIC MOON"

Location: St. Andrew's United Church,
                 85 William Street South, Chatham ON

Originating from the British Isles, celtic music has been present in St. Andrews for many years through various forms of music. Some of which include familiar hymns Be Thou My Vision, All Things Bright and Beautiful, to the on screen favourites such as Danny Boy, Celtic music has been an integral part of music at St. Andrews. Featuring St. Andrew’s music ministries, this concert will include a variety of pieces showcasing our celtic roots.

"PEDALS AND PIPES"

Location:  St. Andrew's United Church,

                 85 William Street South, Chatham ON

While not the original pipe organ, St. Andrew’s 3-manual Casavant organ has been filling the sanctuary with harmonious sounds for the past 100 years. A rich history of organ music has been a large part of why St. Andrew’s is known for excellence in music. To celebrate this centennial celebration, we are happy to announce this concert will feature concert organist Dr. Norah Duncan IV from Michigan.

Location: St. Andrew's United Church,

"United in Song" - Chatham-Kent's first Choral Festival. This concert will feature choirs from across Chatham-Kent and beyond. From children's choirs, community choirs, church choirs, and more. Let's come together and make music!
